Brief History

The parish was founded by the Jesuit congregation in 1982 and handed over to diocesan priests in 1987. The people in the parish are form various tribes of Sudan. The parish has 10 centres, 6 inside the town, with a population of 5.785 inhabitants and 4 outside, with a population of 9.329 inhabitants.

 

Activities

Different groups belong to the parish: Legion of Mary, Catechesis groups, Choirs, Liturgical groups, Small Christian Communities, Holy Childhood, Altar boys, Women group.

The territory of the parish also includes three education institutions:
